Plannink Terms of Service

1. Service description

Plannink is a demand and inventory planning platform that, based on the data the customer uploads (Excel, CSV, or an ERP integration), generates forecasts, safety stock levels, reorder points, and suggested orders per SKU.

Plannink recommends; the final purchasing decision, order approval, and execution always remain under the customer's and their team's control.

2. Accounts and registration

Using Plannink requires a company account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts with false information or misuse.

3. Acceptable use

By using Plannink you agree not to:

• Attempt to access other customers' accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Use Plannink to upload data you do not have the right to process.
• Intentionally overload or interfere with the service's infrastructure.

4. Customer data

The data you upload to Plannink (sales history, inventory, SKUs, operational parameters) is and remains your property. We use it solely to provide the service to you.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Plans and billing

The price and commercial terms of your plan are defined in the specific proposal or commercial agreement reached with our sales team, based on your number of SKUs and the scope of your operation.

Payments, billing periods, and cancellation terms are detailed in that proposal.

6. Intellectual property

Plannink, its software, brand, design, and documentation are the property of Kpital Link Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over the platform, only a license to use it for as long as your account remains active.

7. Limitation of liability

Plannink generates recommendations based on the data the customer provides; forecast quality depends directly on the quality and completeness of that data. Final purchasing decisions are the customer's responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kpital Link will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from purchasing decisions made based on the platform's recommendations.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our team. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious misuse.

Upon account termination, your data will be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services or applicable law change. We will publish the current version along with its update date on this same page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quito, Ecuador, unless a specific commercial agreement states otherwise.
